*** All returns must be authorized PRIOR to shipping back to us. Do not mail back any product until we authorize your return via email. ***
You may return new/unused items, in its original packaging, within 7 days of receipt for a refund. We will not be responsible for returns after the 7 day period. IMPORTANT: All custom orders (any request for alteration from original image or frame choices) are not returnable (final sale), as we will not be able to resell them.
Damaged/Defective items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. We will not be liable for defective items NOT reported to us within the 7 days of receipt. You must supply photographic evidence of the damaged/defective item along with photos of any damage to the packaging. If items are determined to be defective, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or are damaged/defective.
When returning a product, please use a self-funded method of shipping with a delivery confirmation receipt. We will not be responsible for lost packages.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
